Kids Club Recipes

Chocolate Refridgerator Cake :- 8 oz Digestive Bisuits 4 oz Butter 4 oz Sugar 3 tbl Cocoa Powder 1 Egg Method - Melt butter and sugar add cocoa powder remove from heat add beaten egg mix in crushed biscuits and put into greased tin place in frigde for about 2 hrs

Plain Biscuits :-
250g butter 140g sugar 1 egg yolk 2 tbps Vanilla Essence 300 g Plain Flour
Cream the butter and sugar together add egg yolk and vanilla essence and stir add flour and mix until it becomes a dough roll out until about 1 cm thick and cut into shapes
cook in oven 180 C until colour turns slightly brown
allow to cool on a rack
